1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Vela, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Vela. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
Vela is an AI agency management platform that allows you to manage clients, monitor AI agents, receive webhook events, and generate AI-powered reports. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Vela for illegal activities, to send spam or malicious content via webhooks, to attempt to breach the security of other accounts, to reverse engineer or copy the platform, or to resell access to Vela without our written permission.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 16-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Vela.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Data Ownership
You own all data you input into Vela, including client information and agent activity logs. By using Vela, you grant us a license to process this data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
8. AI-Generated Content
Reports generated by Vela's AI are based on your agent activity data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them with clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vela is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vela, including loss of data or business interruption.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Vela after changes means you accept the updated terms.
